Freedom Brewery

Originally found in London's Fulham, back in 1995, Freedom remains the longest established craft brewer of Lager to date. Leaving London in 2004, we moved to our current home in the heart of rural Staffordshire, onto a private estate of rolling countryside and near the world famous brewing town of Burton-On-Trent. We chose to set up our Brewery in the country, drawing spring water from our very own borehole, blending innovation with tradition. We chose to make a better beer; fully conditioned, naturally carbonated, unpasteurised, filtered, consistent, balanced and brilliant.
