SALSA GO! Supporting your journey to become SALSA Approved.

SALSA GO! is a category of membership that helps businesses prepare* for SALSA Approval in structured and supported steps;

• Step 1 - Register and pay for the SALSA Go! package.
• Step 2 – Welcome and Induction.  A guide to the scheme’s documentation, all you need to get started!
• Step 3 - Self-Assessment Questionnaire, review and phone call. For us to get to know each other a bit better and plan your next steps
• Step 4 – SALSA Mentoring. A full day visit to your site, including SALSA Standard Gap Analysis and HACCP Evaluation (2 days available at extra! cost)
• Step 5 - Action Plan. Your bespoke plan to become SALSA Approved
• Step 6 – Closing Review (phone call). Planning your SALSA Approval audit*
