Food Labelling Workshop - This workshop will guide you through legislative labelling requirements and is designed to provide participants with the knowledge and skills to create, check and authorise their own food labels. Participants are encouraged to present their own labels and product information for interactive discussion and feedback. Microbiology - The Essentials. Delegates will learn about the different types of micro-organisms, their effect on food safety, and how they are controlled. The day concludes by learning how to design a testing schedule and understanding test results.  More information here

The Tutors and Delivery

Courses are only delivered by approved SALSA HACCP trainers, all of whom are on the IFST's Register of Professional Auditors and Mentors. Product specific course are now also available, with trainers who have proven sector technical experience and expertise.

Online courses have been developed to maintain high quality, allowing plenty of time for discussion and shared learning. Small groups only - spaces are strictly limited.
