SALSA PLUS
In addition to its regular Food and Drink Production Standard, SALSA offers three other sector-specific Standards: SALSA plus Beer, SALSA plus Cheese and SALSA plus Ice Cream SALSA plus audits compose of a regular SALSA Standard plus additonal requirements for either Cheese, Beer or Ice Cream. SALSA plus Beer A SALSA plus Beer audit has been developed in association with Cask Marque, to offer small and micro-sized brewers a Standard tailored to the scale and structure of their operation and to allow approved members to approach buyers with reinforced confidencewith their craft ales and beers. SALSA plus Cheese A SALSA plus Cheese audit accommodates the specific requirements of the Specialist Cheesemakers Association (SCA). The audits are undertaken by specially trained auditors with extensive experience of the dairy industry. Find out about SALSA plus Cheese - click here. *NB. In order to be audited against SALSA plus Cheese, your business will need to be a member of the Specialist Cheesemakers Association*. SALSA plus Ice Cream* SALSA are delighted to provide The SALSA plus Ice Cream Standard in association with the Ice Cream Alliance.
