SALSA HACCP TRAINING COURSES

An understanding of HACCP is essential to produce safe and local food products and gain SALSA certification. SALSA has developed a practical and interactive course that is entirely aimed at the needs of individual businesses.   

Level 2 - HACCP Understanding Course

A full day interactive course aimed at those responsible for HACCP in the business. Delegates are continuously assessed and a multiple choice test is undertaken. A successful delegates will gain a nationally recognised food industry qualification accredited by the IFST.

  • £275.00+ vat per person for non members
