Sharpham cheese has been made on the farm, since 1981. Specialising in unpasteurised soft cheeses using milk from our Jersey herd we have won numerous local, national and international awards. We also make a range of semi-soft Jersey milk cheeses and over the last 12 years have developed a number of goat milk cheeses. These also use vegetable rennet and are made with pasteurised milk.
