We are a cooked meat manufacturer that has been trading as Bedfords of Blackburn for 12 years having been bought from the original Bedford family in 2005. The Bedford family had been trading in cooked meats for over 60 years. We process a range of cooked meats from a variety of hams to turkey and beef. We employ 16 people from the local area and have a fleet of 5 vans that deliver to shops and to wholesale operations. We follow a strict micro testing programme of all our products and equipment.
