Originally trading as Thomsons Bakery our company began as a family business in 1956. We have recently rebranded and moved premises to service the growing demands to expand the business.We supply bread products to a wide range of customers from sandwich shops to farm shops, bistros and delicatessens to on site national caterers, National Trust, historic properties and museums to university coffee shops and restaurants and many others.We are happy to work with customers to provide bespoke products.We supply many cake lines to our customers and make celebration cakes and wedding cakes too as well as savoury products.We are a training centre registered with CIEH and provide our own Level 2 Food Safety qualification in house.
