Hobsons Brewery has been crafting great British beer in Cleobury Mortimer, Shropshire for over 30 years — rooted in tradition, but always looking forward. Known for our iconic hat and award-winning brews, we blend time-honoured methods with fresh thinking to create beers full of character, from classic cask ales to modern keg beers and, more recently, our own lager — Zephyr — inspired by our sustainable approach. That commitment has played a key role in the recognition we’ve received, including CAMRA Champion Beer of Britain in 2007 for our Mild and SIBA Best Green Business in 2021.
