Our First SALSA Star!

Congratulations!   

The Isle of Wight Biscuit Company recently undertook their first SALSA audit.  Their management of the process enabled them to return their corrective actions within two weeks of audit and the quality of their information meant they were approved on first review. This is a fantatsic achievement and an excellent example of good planning and preparation for Audit.
