Scottish Gourmet was established in the early 80's producing premium ready-made meals delivered directly to the end consumer. In 2015, the site received a substantial level of investment from Browns Food Group and is now producing bespoke chilled retail ready meals and has a butchery department equipped to produce a wide range of raw added value products. This combination of in house butchery and ready-made meals ensures the protein element of the meals is efficiently managed and has outstanding quality. As well as servicing our internal requirements the butchery department also produces for external markets.
