Based on Tremains Farm in Horsted Keynes, West Sussex, Cows milk cheeses include; Tremains organic Cheddar, Saint Giles ( a continental style cheese) , Sussex Velvet, and Sussex Marble Sheep milk cheeses include ; Seven Sisters, Duddleswell mature cheese, Sussex Slipcote fresh soft cheese, Little Sussex, and Halloumi and Feta cheese.
