High Weald Dairy make a wide range of cheeses from Organic cows' milk and Sheep milk and more recently goat milk. Based on Tremains Farm in Horsted Keynes, West Sussex, the organic cows milk is piped directly from the milking parlour to the dairy for turning into cheese.Cows milk cheeses include;Sussex Cheddar,Tremains organic (Plain and Smoked), Saint Giles ( a continental style cheese) , and Sussex Marble Sheep milk cheeses include ;Duddleswell mature cheese, Sussex Slipcote fresh soft cheese, Little Sussex, and Halloumi and Feta cheese.
