Description

St Andrews Farmhouse Cheese Company is the only artisan farmhouse cheesemaking business in Fife. Robert and Jane Stewart use the milk from their own herd of home-bred Friesian Holstein cows to produce their range of award winning raw milk cheese. Anster is a crumbly Farmhouse cheese; St Andrews Farmhouse is a cheddar style; and Red Anster is a crumbly cheese with added fresh garlic and fresh chives. Awards include Gold at the International Cheese Awards; silver at the British Cheese Awards, and a Gold Star in the Great Taste Awards 2013.
