Willy's Pies was born out of the very first lockdown, when chef Will Lewis, having been furloughed from Michelin star BRAT decided to use his long held love for pies a go for real, and thus Willy's Pies was born. Now, over three years later, with wild success, Willy's Pies manufactures and sells 6000 large and 4000 small pies per quarter, out of a railway arch in Hackney in East London.
