Willy's Pies was born out of the very first lockdown, when chef Will Lewis, having been furloughed from Michelin star BRAT decided to use his long held love for pies a go for real, and thus Willy's Pies was born. Now, over three years later, with wild success, Willy's Pies manufactures and sells upto 10,000 pies per week, out of a railway arch in Hackney in East London.
