Uncle John's Bakery at Morrisons

SALSA Approved Uncle John's Bakery is launching into select Morrisons stores this month!

“We are excited to be bringing our products to our customers on a larger scale. Over the past two decades, we’ve built a strong reputation for quality and customer service” said Sam Mensah, Uncle John’s Bakery Managing Director.

“We have been busy throughout the year scaling up our business which includes achieving the SALSA food safety and hygiene accreditation, expanding our team and improving our facilities for growth. We will continue to work hard in the coming year and have big plans for 2019.”

As the original family baker of Ghanaian Sweet Bread and other baked delights, their mission hasn’t changed. They will continue to deliver, fresh, soft to the touch bread with a home from home experience but on a larger scale.
