Description

The Wolf Brewery was founded in 1996 on the site of the Maurice Gaymer Cider factory in Attleborough, Norfolk and quickly gained popularity across Norfolk. After ten years of steady growth the business outgrew the premises and in 2006 the brewery moved a few miles to its new home in Besthorpe. In Spring 2013, the brewery will move to a new site at Decoy Farm, Besthorpe. Expanded brew capacity and a state-of-the-art bottling plant, means that Wolf beers are available to customers across the UK. There is a strong emphasis on sustainability, recycling and support for local suppliers. The water used throughout the brewery could not be more local, drawn from our own bore hole. Locally malted barley comes from just over the border in Suffolk and when we've extracted the goodness we need for brewing, the cattle on a local farm benefit from the spent brewing grains. The Wolf Brewery continues to win National, regional and local awards for its beers both in casks and bottles.
