Description

St. Peter's Brewery is an independent brewery founded in 1996 by John Murphy, nestled in the Suffolk countryside in former agricultural buildings in the grounds of 11th century moated St. Peter's Hall. We were founded to become the international brand of British beer, and we continue to export to countries all the world, including China, America and Canada. The brand also has a strong presence in all major UK supermarkets, as well as national pub chains across the country. At St. Peter's, we produce a range of seasonal cask ales, but we are best known for cold filtered bottled beers, which are beautifully presented in the iconic oval shaped bottle that is based on an 18th-century gin bottle from Gibbstown, by the Delaware River near Philadelphia. All St. Peter's beers are expertly crafted using locally sourced malted barley and a range of classic English and world-wide hops. Brewed with chalk-filtered water from our very own borehole, we produce a range of over 20 beers which include craft ales, IPAs, organic beers, complex porters and stouts, plus a range of full-bodied alcohol-free beers.
