The Highfield Preserves story is of handmade, kitchen table beginnings with preserves cooked on the family Aga at Highfield Vineyard, nestled amongst the rolling hills of the Devon countryside. In every product we try to capture the modern West Country lifestyle. Whilst today we are based in purpose-built premises, all our preserves are still handmade in small batch sizes to ensure maximum taste.
