We have been baking a range of organic bread from sprouted grains and cakes. Baked with no preservatives, no dairy products, no eggs, no added sweeteners or sugars. Our shelf life is 10 months, because our products are packed using a foil wrap that provides decreased permeability to oxygen. In addition during the packing process for cakes we are flushing modified gas into the packing.
