Brew York is a showpiece ten-barrel brewery and industrial taproom in York City centre. Key to our business model is the promotion of our brand through this unique venue that is now one of the top tourist attractions in York. Key to our manufacturing approach is our ethical stance to brewing. We take only the finest ingredients in ample quantity, use only natural salts for our water treatment and do not use isinglass in the clarification of our product meaning unlike the vast majority of commercially produced beers all our beers are suitable for both Vegans and Vegetarians.
