We use mainly traditional home-style recipes to manufacture our products and all baking is done from scratch using the best quality ingredients that we can source. We do not directly use any additives or preservatives.we have a range of over 60 products, biscuits including old favourites such as Perkins and Sultana Drops, tray bakes including Millionaire Shortbread where the toffee part is boiled up using butter, sugar, syrup and condensed milk and sponges and loaves including the popular Galloway Fruit Loaf. We have a small shop in the bakery where customers can not only buy our goods but can also see some of the operation in progress.
