It aims to support food businesses with simple steps and handy resources to reduce the amount of food thrown away and help staff learn good practice. We have a range of free resources available for you to use to support the campaign, which are easily adaptable to use in your own communications with business partners. Food waste can be generated across the business. It can occur at purchasing, storage and preparation, and through leftovers on customers’ plates.
