6 NEW SALSA Tools and Tips


The SALSA team have been working on new guidance documentation to help Members prepare for audit.  6 NEW Tool and Tips have been developed that Members can now access, offering an easy to understand, practical level of compliance SALSA expect.  The New Tools and Tips cover requirements for third party distribution, cross contamination and personal hygiene.

Paid members now have access to over 52 Tools and Tips for particular clauses of the Standard, with ongoing development for more tools to be written to ultimately provide Members with a complete library of Tool and Tips for each clause of the Standard.

The Tools and Tips are a significant resource for Members, providing clarity and understanding to meet the requirements of the SALSA Standard. ‘The information and guidance available through the Scheme was great; the guidance notes were invaluable, and the Tools & Tips gave clarity to clauses we were unsure about.
